KIM KARDASHIAN CHANGING FACES
I was watching the Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami and noticed some changes in Kim's face. The popularity of cosmetic surgery is definitely growing at a staggering rate, it's obvious Kim had some procedures done, she is starting to look like a cat MEOW!

I think she looked prettier before. She needs to leave her face alone before she starts to look like plastic.

It makes you wonder, was or is she that insecure? When so many men and women think and tell her how beautiful she is. She see's and knows that she gets alot of attention. I always hoped she wouldn't touch her face.
I don't think it's surgery. I think it's just the weight loss. If you look at the before and after closely, you'll notice her cheek structure are the same but her face is more fuller in the before. I have similar face structure and my cheeks are getting more defined as i lose more weight. She looks so much like her mom now, don't like!
@ ShandyLand I totally agree but still i hope its not surgery and honestly i don't even know why... And i kinda agree with @Celia. still i love her make up and fashion sense. i like the new kim better!

i jus finished watching there show and i was saying the exact same thing...she shouldn't have shes perfect already...i guess thats what livin in l.a does to u
it becomes normal..i hope she doesn't end up going toooo far though
